If I Stay - By Gayle Forman
Mia had everything: A loving family, an adoring boyfriend who enjoys music just as much as she does. She had a bright future full of music and full of choices. Then in an instant everything is taken from her, when her family gets into a car accident. Her mother and father both passed away, and her little brother Teddy is severely injured and they do not know if he will live. Mia is currently in a coma she can see herself, hear what everyone is saying to her and walk around without anyone actually seeing her spirit. She is hanging between life and death deciding whether to stay, be with her boyfriend and pursue her dreams or let herself go to be with her family.
If you were Mia how would you feel and cope with her situation? Not being able to communicate with, or touch your loved ones. To see what they are going through and not being able to give them any reassurance or help. |

Mia is in really difficult situation, if I was in her situation I would be really scared and probably not sure what to do either. she need to face her fear and maybe overcome the fact that shes the one that needs to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteI would feel like im alone, and would be very upset, and i'm not really sure how I would react to something like that. The decision is tough that she has to make but she just has to do what she feels is right, letting go or staying with her boyfriend.
ReplyDeleteIf I was in Mias situation I would be more frustrated then scared, frustrated about the fact that no one can see or hear me and that I can't do anything to help or tell them that I'm alright Scared because I wouldn't know what to do, stay with my boyfriend/grandparents or moving on with my family. In all honesty I would wait around and see what everyone says to me "you can go if you have too"/ "I need to you stay alive" something like that, in order for me to make a decision
